Spotlight on Rachel Sharber 2010 SCGC Scholarship Winner!
Rachel won the SCGC Scholarship in 2010 while marching with Father Ryan winter guard.
She is now attending the University of Tennessee Knoxville where she is studying English and Pre-Law.
