Good Thursday Morning!!
We are about one week away from the SCGC June meeting. Proposals submitted for this year\'s meeting were mass emailed to all Unit Directors and posted earlier on our web site. Please take a look at the proposals prior to the meeting so you are familiar with the topics and ready to share your thoughts.
SCGC Unit Directors who will be unable to attend next week\'s meeting are asked to submit their votes via proxy. The required PROXY FORM found in the resource section of our web site. The deadline for submission of proxy forms is Friday, May 28th...that\'s TOMORROW!! Your proxy must be emailed or faxed to SCGC Secretary/Rebecca Hope by midnight on that date. You can email Rebecca at HOPEJRAH@aol.com or fax her at 205-379-5045.
We obviously prefer you attend, but if you can\'t PLEASE take time to select a trusted adult who plans to come to the meeting, submit your proxy form, and let that person place your votes. State Reps will be glad to serve as your proxy if needed...just contact them & ask about it...their info is available on our site. Meeting details are available are also still available online!
