June 7th @ 2 p.m. --updated!!

The next Southeastern Color Guard Circuit meeting will be held at Brooks High School in Killen, Alabama on Saturday, June 7 at 2:00PM.

If your Winter Guard or Indoor Percussion program paid SCGC membership dues for the 2008 season you are a voting member of the SCGC.  Proposals and current BOD nominations will be posted under resources on Monday prior to the meeting for your review.

If you are the director of a program interested in participating during winter of 2009 this meeting will be very informative for you as well.

The June meeting serves as a place for members to voice concerns on how to improve the experience of everyone involved in the circuit. It offers those interested in becoming a member the chance to see how things work and more importantly provides a chance to get questions about starting a winter program answered.

In our effort to continue to move forward and foster positive growth of winter programs in our service area, we need input/feedback on how to make the circuit even better for directors, show sponsors, spectators, and most importantly the students involved.

Please mark your calendar and plan to attend.  If you have questions, concerns, or comments please don\'t hesitate to contact me at DonnaNBama@aol.com     Thanks!!
